ITN delivers TRAKiT and Utility Billing integration with nexVIEWer-Flex for City of Denton

IT Nexus recently completed an integration project for the City of Denton, Texas. The project expanded the capabilities of our nexVIEWer-Flex product by using web services to access data stored in the City's CRW TRAKiT system and its' Harris North Star Utility Billing System.

Prior to implementing nexVIEWer integration, a typical work flow at the City required the worker to log in to one system, look up and hand record information that was then used to query the second information system. In fragmented information environments like workers rely on their memory or a notepad to assemble and integrate information stored in different systems. Now, City staff use the nexVIEWer-Flex for “one stop” access to information stored in both TRAKiT and the City's Utility Billing System.
