Using its nexVIEWer-SL platform software IT Nexus enhanced the nexVIEWer, developing numerous customized GIS functions for use by OXY’s GIS users from office locations around the globe.

The Nature Conservancy

IT Nexus supported a team of Nature Conservancy application developers to architect and program a sophisticated Fire Data Management Tool – a fire burn tracking ArcGIS Server application that is accessed across multiple locations in the U.S.A.

Salt River Project, AZ

IT Nexus design and programmed a custom web-GIS application for the Land Rights Department of SRP. The Land Rights Information System (LRIMS) application was developed using ESRI’s Flex API. LRIMS is a sophisticated, system integration web-GIS application that enables organization-wide access to:

1. Scanned Land Rights documents (managed in by Fusion document management software)
2. Facility data (managed by SmallWorld GIS and Oracle Spatial 8i)
3. Asset Work Orders (managed by Maximo)
4. County Assessor data (managed by Pima and Pinal County)

North Central Texas Council of Governments

IT Nexus developed an interactive map web site which currently supports NCTCOG's DFWmaps.com web service and its iCommunities internet service provided to participating jurisdictions within its 16 county jurisdiction: http://www.dfwmaps.com/

Harris County Flood Control District, TX

IT Nexus has provided HCFCD IT staff augmentation and consulting services since 2002. We have contributed to HCFCD's vision and development of an enterprise information system of that supports the data management needs of its engineering, land acquisition, cost tracking and flood control field services functions.

The Chickasaw Nation

User of the nexVIEWer-Flex software, The Chickasaw Nation has also relied upon IT Nexus for a variety of technical support services including software installation and configuration, data loading and training.

San Juan County, WA

The San Juan County Public Works Department purchased ITN's Developer Toolkit for ArcGIS Server to develop web-GIS applications for public access and internal department utilization.

City of Carrollton, TX

IT Nexus implemented a turn-key GIS solution including a needs assessment, database design, and ArcGIS Server application development. Custom applications include:

• Web based construction project coordination application created a repository of all scheduled City construction projects by location allows multiple departments to coordinate and consolidate construction projects.
• Web based internal GIS viewer offers robust mapping and query capabilities reducing the need to expensive desktop software.

Samson Resources, OK

Samson Resources purchased ITN’s nexVIEWer-SL as a core enterprise GIS map viewer. IT Nexus added a series of custom components to the nexVIEWer to support specific work functions of the organization.

Tarrant Regional Water District, TX

IT Nexus created a Mobile Field Mapping System (MFMS) using ArcGIS Server Mobile ADF. The MFMS provides a complete “field to office” data management system for updating and managing information on pipeline appurtenances, cathodic protection, surface encroachments and field observations.

Texas Medical Board

IT Nexus prepared an IT Assessment and Evaluation of TMB’s computing environment and performed a gap analysis of the capabilities of its custom-built SQL Tracer application. Recommendations were provided on how to better organize TMB’s IS Department and improve their methods and procedures for providing on-going IT support to TMB’s management and end users.

In a follow-on engagement, ITN document and diagrammed the Enforcement Division’s workflows with ‘To Be’ process re-engineering as a precursor to the re-design of SQL Tracer to support the complaint and legal remedy and prosecution functions of the organization.

Harris County Toll Road Authority, TX

IT Nexus has worked with HCTRA to configure ArcGIS Mobile on handheld units, to program field-to-office data management application and to develop a variety of ArcGIS Server tools and widgets.

City of Keller, TX

IT Nexus developed the City’s enterprise GIS plan and went on to deliver design, data conversion and application development services. The City uses ITN’s nexVIEWer-SL software.

Environ Environmental

This international Environmental Consulting firm purchased ITN’s Developer Toolkit for ArcGIS Server to assist is in rapidly developing GIS applications for its customers.

City of Fort Worth, TX

IT Nexus has worked with the City of Fort Worth on a variety of IT and GIS consulting engagements over the years. We assisted their GIS program with implementation planning, design and implementation; there IS Department with implementing Permits Plus and their Police Department with reviewing alternative Crime Analysis software program.

City of Garland, TX

IT Nexus performed a GIS system health check-up of the City’s GIS program, providing a series of recommendations to the City’s technical environment and governance methods for improved deliver of GIS services to the City’s departments and public.

The Response Group

IT Nexus migrated the functions of an existing ArcIMS application to ArcGIS Server using our nexVIEWer-SL software as the web GIS platform. The application is a commercial web service provided by the Response Group to its customers who subscribe to their storm warning response service.

Kelman Technologies Inc

IT Nexus assisted Kelman Technologies by technically diagnosing and fixing configuration issues with ArcGIS Server that enabled them to serve the geographically dispersed offices of this Canadian company.

Tarrant County, TX

IT Nexus developed web-GIS applications for the County’s Jury Management Division and migrated some of the county’s ArcIMS application to the ArcGIS Server environment. Tarrant County is a user of ITN’s Developer Toolkit for ArcGIS Server software.

The Nez Perce Tribe, ID

The Nez Perce Tribe has been a user of ITN’s software products since 2008 and has recently upgraded to our nexVIEWer-SL software.

City of Pasadena, TX

IT Nexus assisted the City with defining a strategy for upgrading the City’s desktop ESRI 8.3 software and Azteca System’s Cityworks 4.2 software to ArcSDE / ArcGIS Server and Cityworks 4.3. We provided on-site installation, configuration, data migration and cut-over testing and support assistance that moved the City into the updated and more cost effective, server-based software environment.

City of Killeen, TX

Killeen contracted IT Nexus to prepare their enterprise GIS needs assessment implementation plan. IT Nexus assisted the City implement their eGIS providing design, data conversion and application development services. Killeen is a user of ITN’s MapViewer for ArcGIS Server software.

City of Grand Prairie, TX

IT Nexus performed a technology assessment of Grand Prairie’s GIS configuration to define a multi-server, technology configuration that would allow them to move from a desk-top ArcGIS to an enterprise-wise ArcGIS Server deployment. IT Nexus worked on-site to install and configure the ArcGIS Server software and assist with migrating data and applications to the new server configuration.

Tarrant County Appraisal District, TX

IT Nexus installed and configured ArcSDE and SQL Server on the Appraisal District’s GIS server. We reloaded and restored the District’s existing geodatabase data, created database users and roles, established a database back-up schedule and assisted with database performance tuning and replication.

City of Victoria, TX

IT Nexus has provided Victoria a range of programming, technical consulting and system implementation services over the years. Victoria is a user of ITN’s nexVIEWer-Flex software.

City of Burleson, TX

IT Nexus performed a technology assessment of Burleson’s GIS configuration, advising them on how to overcome a variety of issues they were experiencing (crashes, data lock-ups, SDE administration problems, etc.). ITN provided Burleson’s IT Department advice on how to improve their GIS configuration and set up their SDE/SQL Server security and user accounts. Recommendations included modification of data management workflows, implementing versioning, and instituting new procedures for improved SDE administration.

City of Grapevine, TX

Grapevine contracted IT Nexus to prepare their enterprise GIS needs assessment implementation plan. IT Nexus assisted the City implement their eGIS providing design, data conversion, application development and staff augmentation services to establish their GIS program. Victoria is a user of ITN’s nexVIEWer-Flex software.

City of Hurst, TX

The City of Hurst has been a user of ITN’s products and services since 2006 and currently is a user of ITN’s nexVIEWer-SL software. ITN has delivered ArcGIS Server consulting, configuration, mentoring and programming services in support of the City’s GIS program.

Edwards Aquifer Authority, TX

IT Nexus performed an enterprise wide technology and data management needs assessment that included detailed workflow analysis and diagramming of all primary EAA work functions with recommendations for implement process improvements and a new data management system.

City of Del Rio, TX

The City of Del Rio is a user of ITN’s Developer Toolkit for ArcGIS Server. IT Nexus installed and configured ArcGIS SDE, SQL Server and ArcGIS server, along with ITN’s Map Viewer for ArcGIS Server on the City’s new GIS server. ITN then trained Del Rio GIS staff on ArcGIS, ArcSDE, and ArcGIS Server administration.
